I do feel like I should have made more progress in 16 weeks, but I hit a major wall around week 15. I couldn't seem to lose anything so I decided to work on maintaining until I reset my system. Then the holidays came and I knew it was crazy to try and lose, so I continued to attempt to maintain. At my lightest I was 167 around week 13.... so I did put a few lbs back on. But this is a journey right? It's a life long marathon with no destination, just a life of being health and happy! I'm proud of how far I have come!
